The service

Kooltel PBX is a cloud business phone system providing extensions, calling, voicemail, auto-attendant, messaging, and device provisioning. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity on your extensions. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, for fraudulent or abusive calling, or in any way that disrupts the network or other users.

Emergency calling

Emergency (911) calling depends on accurate registered address information and on network and power availability. You are responsible for keeping your service address up to date. Do not rely on the service as your sole means of reaching emergency services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send spam or unlawful robocalls, to spoof caller ID unlawfully, or to interfere with the operation of the network.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service.
